Joy knows no borders, and we ship our products worldwide! Except to aggressor countries: Russia and Belarus.
Since all our products are handmade and follow sustainable fashion practices, we don't keep large stocks of items. If an item is not in stock, we will create it especially for you, typically within 2-3 weeks. Some models can be made to your individual measurements, colors, or prints. ORDERS IN UKRAINE
Delivery within Ukraine is free and carried out by Nova Poshta. It typically takes 2-3 days, except on Saturdays and Sundays. Expedited or courier delivery is available for an additional fee.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Y E V A offers international delivery under the following conditions:
- STANDARD DELIVERY is free for orders over 300 euros and is fulfilled by Ukrposhta. Delivery time is between 10 - 20 business days.
- EXPRESS DELIVERY is free for orders over 800 euros and is fulfilled by DHL. Delivery typically takes 3 - 5 business days.

Once you add an item to your cart and make a payment, we will provide an accurate delivery cost assessment and send it to you in case the delivery is at your expense. You can also request a delivery cost estimate by reaching out to us at yeva.office@gmail.com.
All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation and a tracking ID (#ID) that you can use to track your shipment.*

Returns
All unworn and unused items, accompanied by the original purchase receipt, can be returned with a full refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. Our products undergo rigorous quality control, so you should not receive a subpar item. Please contact us if you have decided to return our product, providing an explanation for the return.
Items should be returned in perfect condition, with tags and packaging, at the customer's expense. After our quality control team receives and approves the returned items, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days from the date of receiving your return.
These return conditions do not apply to custom orders.
We are not responsible for packages that have been lost or damaged in transit.
