Care Instructions:

Hang the garment on a hanger and allow it to air out.

If needed, use a soft steamer.

Hand wash in cold water, without rubbing or wringing.

Alternatively, you can machine wash it with the lowest temperature setting and the most delicate program suitable for silk. Use a laundry bag for protection.

Dry it on a hanger.

If you're unsure about washing it yourself, take the garment to a dry cleaner.

When caring for silk garments, consider how they react to other materials. Avoid creating friction with materials that cause rubbing, as it can lead to faster wear and tear.

Use a bag without stiff straps or sharp details to prevent them from damaging the fabric.

Packaging: When making a purchase, you can choose between a branded gift cardboard box or a simpler packaging option. We care about the environment, but the choice is always yours. The options include a branded gift box (35x28.5x6 cm) or a fabric pouch.

Shipping, Returns, and Taxes: we offer worldwide shipping through your chosen channel: Ukrposhta, Nova Poshta, DHL, or a custom option (which may be offered if the previous options are not suitable for you). Please note that items are not eligible for returns, as each item is carefully inspected before being shipped, and packages are insured. However, item replacement is possible, with the customer covering all shipping expenses.
